Verify Zoning and Permitted Uses. Prior to purchasing or leasing contact Planning Department for guidance on matters of land and building development.

Submit Life-Safety Plan. 

(Fire & Building Inspections) 

At minimum, required for all new businesses prior to opening/operating to ensure Fire and Building Code compliance.

Certificate of Appropriateness (COA). 

Required prior to any work or development within Historic District. Minor work approved at Staff level; Major work approved by Review Board.

For Interior or Exterior
