I agree to the terms & conditions on behalf of myself, employees, and agents, in consideration for my participation in the Soup(er) Bowl 2026, agree to hold the Town of Aberdeen, its officials, employees, and agents, harmless against any and all claims or causes of action, including, but not limited to any personal injury or property damage, which may arise from or result in any way from the activities related to the setup, operation, and removal of any equipment, materials, and personnel related to Soup(er) Bowl 2026. Further, I hereby waive and relinquish on behalf of my business, employees, and agents, and any all claims, except for intentional torts, arising from Soup(er) Bowl 2026 against the Town of Aberdeen, its officials, employees, and agents. In signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing, understand it, and sign it voluntarily on my own behalf and behalf of my business, employees, and agents; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the forgoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent, and I execute this Hold Harmless Agreement for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound the same.
